Charlene grew up mostly in North Fort Myers and Bellbrook, Ohio. She has been involved with horses since the age of 5. She starting showing quarter horses and won many trophies and awards until the age of 21 and has never given up her love for horses since. You can be assured that all of her carriage horses are people friendly and traffic safe.

Charlene's main star is Dixie Darlin', an 11 year old percheron mare that has worked with the horse and carriage business since she was 3 yrs old. She has many fans from all over the world. She has been on T.V., the cover of magazines and she recently won first place at the Florida State Fair. She has even had a a children's book written about her titled "Dixie goes to Naples" which will be available in the fall of 2008.

"Great News !" Dixie Darlin' is expecting her first foal this May. Watch for her baby announcement !
